Free listing

Hours, delivery statement, up to 3 photos, your logo and a short description. Verified owners get a “✓ Owner verified” mark. A menu with prices is part of Premium.

Deals, free

Post short, factual offers. We review them before they go live on your page, your city page and the homepage “Deals today” strip.

Website badge

A small “Find us on WheresTheWeedAt” badge for your site that links customers to your hours, map and licence details.

Post a deal

After you claim your store, open your dashboard → Deals. Write a title (up to 60 characters), optional details (up to 160), and pick start and end dates (up to 31 days). We check each deal, usually within 1 business day. Approved deals show while they run, always with an adults-only note, and are labelled as your store’s own offer.

What we approve

  • Factual offers: product type, price or discount, dates and conditions (for example “15% off pre-rolls, Mon–Wed”).
  • Offers that follow your province’s rules for licensed retailers.

What we reject

  • Anything that could appeal to young people, lifestyle or intoxication wording, health or medical claims.
  • Giveaways, contests, prizes or free cannabis; “best” or “cheapest” claims; testimonials; links or social handles.

“Find us on WheresTheWeedAt” badge

Verified stores get a badge for their own website. It links straight to your listing (a plain link, no tracking), and shows that your store is listed with the date we last checked the official registry. It isn’t a government certification and doesn’t rate your store.

  1. Claim your store (free) and sign in to your dashboard.
  2. Open Website badge and copy the HTML. There’s an SVG version and a PNG version for site builders that won’t take SVG.
  3. Paste it into your site’s footer or contact page.

The badge updates itself and disappears if your listing is removed or closed.

Premium (optional)

CAD $199 per 30 days, paid by Interac e-Transfer. Premium listings are labelled “Premium · Sponsored”, shown first in your city and in deal lists, can show up to 12 photos, and can publish a searchable menu with prices (up to 500 items, bulk CSV upload). If Premium ends, the menu is hidden but kept. Claiming and deals stay free either way. Details.
