What this site is
Where’s The Weed At is an information directory of cannabis retail stores that appear on official provincial and territorial licensing registries in Canada. We do not sell, deliver, take orders for or handle cannabis, and we are not affiliated with any government, regulator or retailer.
Adults only
The site is intended for adults of legal age where they live: 19 in most of Canada, 18 in Alberta and 21 in Quebec. See our age policy.
Not legal, medical or professional advice
Our guides summarize publicly available information from official government sources, in plain language, as of the review date shown on each guide. They are general information only and are not legal advice. Laws, regulations and municipal bylaws change, and they may apply differently to your situation. Always check your province’s or territory’s official source, and speak to a lawyer if you need advice about your circumstances.
Nothing on this site is medical advice, and we make no health claims about cannabis or any product.
Accuracy of listings
Listings are built from official registries and, for claimed listings, information supplied by verified store owners. Registries and stores can change at any time, and we cannot guarantee that every detail is current or complete. Confirm a store’s licence with the official registry before relying on it. Menus, prices and messages provided by store owners are their own and are not checked or endorsed by us. See about this directory.
Paid placements
Some listings may be paid placements. These are always labelled “Sponsored” (for example “Premium · Sponsored”). A paid label is not a review, ranking or recommendation, and paid stores must appear on the same official registries as every other store. Guides never contain paid or sponsored content.
No promotion
We do not rank stores, publish reviews or testimonials, or recommend products, strains, brands, prices or deals.
Corrections and removal
If something is wrong, or you are a store owner who would like your listing corrected or removed, contact us at hello@wherestheweedat.ca, or claim your listing.
Travel and borders
It is illegal to take cannabis across Canada’s international borders, in either direction. Nothing on this site encourages you to do so.
